Firstly, please note that pets and smoking are not permitted within the property premises. We also request that guests respect quiet hours, refraining from loud noise after 10 PM to maintain a peaceful environment for all. Additionally, we kindly ask that that no loud parties are given which may disturb neighbors. Our aim is to preserve the tranquility of the neighborhood and the integrity of our property, so we appreciate your cooperation and respect for these guidelines.
At Santa Clara Sea View, guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entirety of the property, ensuring a private and immersive experience throughout their stay. Additionally, guests will have access to all communal amenities within the gated compound, including a swimming pool and fitness facilities, providing further opportunities for relaxation and recreation.
At Santa Clara Sea View, while the host manager will not be physically present during the guests' stay, they will be readily available Monday to Friday during office hours to address any inquiries or assistance needed. Additionally, in the event of emergencies, guests will be provided with a dedicated phone number for immediate support. This arrangement allows guests to enjoy their stay with the utmost privacy and independence while ensuring that assistance is always just a phone call away when needed.
