This charming, spacious, and bright accommodation is spread over two floors. Upon entering the villa on the ground floor, you are welcomed by an open hallway and a 'Mediterranean-style' landing, tastefully decorated, which flows into the lounge. The lounge features a comfortable sofa, a large flat-screen TV, and high-speed internet connection. Continuing through the lounge, you’ll find access to the covered terraces, furnished with seating and an outdoor dining area. From this terrace, you can also access the garden and the pool. The lounge leads to a separate, elegantly furnished dining room that features an open-concept connection to the large, modern, and well-equipped kitchen.
This floor also includes three of the four bedrooms. One room is furnished with two double beds. Another features a large, comfortable double bed with an en-suite bathroom and built-in wardrobes. The third bedroom, also on the ground floor, has another double bed and plenty of wardrobe space. A modern and stylish guest toilet is also located on this floor.
A beautiful staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find the Master Suite. This suite is equipped with a double bed, built-in wardrobes, and a modern, elegant en-suite bathroom. The suite also provides access to the second rooftop terrace, offering stunning views of the surroundings, the garden, and the pool.
To ensure a harmonious and enjoyable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following house rules during your time at Villa Buganvilla. Firstly, please note that pets and smoking are not permitted inside the property. We also request that guests respect quiet hours, refraining from loud noise after 10 PM to maintain a peaceful environment for all. We kindly ask that that no loud parties are given which may disturb neighbours. Our aim is to preserve the tranquillity of the neighbourhood and the integrity of our property, so we appreciate your cooperation and respect for these guidelines.
Minimum 6 nights stay required. We prioritize your comfort and convenience from the moment you arrive. Our dedicated host manager will personally welcome you at the property for a smooth and personalized check-in experience. However, we understand that travel schedules may vary, so in the event of very early or late check-ins, we provide access to a secure key box with a specific code provided beforehand. This ensures that regardless of your arrival time, you can access your accommodation promptly.
The host manager is only a phone call away, from Monday to Friday during office hours to address any inquiries or assistance needed. Additionally, in the event of emergencies, guests will be provided with a dedicated phone number for immediate support. This arrangement allows guests to enjoy their stay with the utmost privacy and independence while ensuring that assistance is always just a phone call away when needed.
A refundable security deposit will be charged separately from the accommodation fee. After a successful checkout, the deposit will be reimbursed within 10 days.
