Step inside to a bright, contemporary open-plan living space featuring a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge, providing the ideal place to relax after a day spent soaking up the sun by the pool, at the beach or on the golf course.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a spacious fitted wardrobe and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and also includes a fitted wardrobe. A separate guest bathroom with a bath and overhead shower adds extra convenience, making the apartment ideal for couples, families or friends travelling together. For those visiting with little ones, a baby travel cot and high chair are also provided at no additional cost.
Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and make use of the dedicated workspace if you're working remotely, or settle in for a cosy evening with the 55-inch Smart TV, complete with a selection of international channels and access to streaming services such as Netflix and Prime Video using your own account details.
For year-round comfort, the apartment benefits from hot and cold air conditioning throughout, with portable fans also provided. A private underground parking space is included with your stay, while the seasonal communal outdoor swimming pool, indoor gym, co-working space (currently not available), outdoor fitness equipment and dedicated children’s play areas within the development provide excellent facilities for relaxation, recreation and remote working.
Casa Palmera is located just 7 km from the heart of Estepona, around a 10-minute drive from the charming old town, marina, restaurants and beaches. Estepona offers a wonderful mix of culture, dining and coastal attractions, with its historic centre, colourful streets, weekly markets, seafront promenade and wide choice of shops, cafés and restaurants.
Golf enthusiasts will love the location, with Valle Romano Golf Club just minutes away. Designed by renowned architect Cabell B. Robinson, this 18-hole championship course is considered one of the standout golf venues on the Costa del Sol, offering a challenging yet enjoyable layout with wide fairways, strategically placed bunkers and spectacular views towards the surrounding mountains and coastline. Its convenient location allows guests to enjoy early tee times, relaxed golf days and easy access back to the apartment afterwards.
For golfers looking to experience some of Spain’s most prestigious courses, the renowned Sotogrande golf area is approximately a 30-minute drive away, home to world-class venues including Real Club Valderrama, La Reserva Club and Alcaidesa Links.
A car is recommended to make the most of the area and easily explore the Costa del Sol, including Marbella and Puerto Banús, approximately 30-35 minutes away, as well as Gibraltar, around 45 minutes away, and the many attractions, beaches and villages throughout southern Andalusia.
IMPORTANT: Families and children are welcome. For adult guests staying in the property, the minimum age requirement is 28 years old.
To ensure a harmonious and enjoyable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following house rules during your time at Casa Palmera. Firstly, please note that pets and smoking are not permitted inside the property. We also request that guests respect quiet hours, refraining from loud noise after 10 PM to maintain a peaceful environment for all. We kindly ask that that no loud parties are given which may disturb neighbors. Our aim is to preserve the tranquility of the neighborhood and the integrity of our property, so we appreciate your cooperation and respect for these guidelines.
While the host manager will not be physically present during the guests' stay, they will be readily available every day to address any inquiries or assistance needed. Additionally, in the event of emergencies, guests will be provided with a dedicated phone number for immediate support. This arrangement allows guests to enjoy their stay with the utmost privacy and independence while ensuring that assistance is always just a phone call away when needed.
