This single-level penthouse offers approximately 105 m² of bright, contemporary interior space, centred around an open-plan lounge, dining area and modern kitchen. Large windows fill the main living area with natural light and provide direct access outside.
The fully equipped indoor kitchen has everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay, complemented by a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ, sink, fridge and wine fridge. The terrace also features an outdoor dining table seating up to 8 people, sun loungers and a comfortable outdoor sofa set, providing plenty of space for dining, relaxing and enjoying the sunshine.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, fitted wardrobe and private en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds, while the third bedroom features a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms also benefit from fitted wardrobe space and share a separate guest bathroom with a shower, making the layout ideal for couples, families and golf getaways. For those visiting with little ones, a baby travel cot and high chair are also provided at no additional cost.
For year-round comfort, the apartment benefits from hot and cold air conditioning throughout. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi if you're working remotely, or settle in for a cosy evening with the 65-inch Smart TV, with access to streaming services such as Netflix and Prime Video using your own account.
Set within the high-end, gated and beautifully maintained Sun Valley community, guests have access to a communal pool open all year round, two residential parking spaces (one covered and shaded) and lift access to the penthouse.
Located within La Cala Golf, the property is just a short distance from the renowned La Cala Golf Resort, one of the Costa del Sol’s leading golf destinations. The resort is home to three 18-hole championship courses – America, Asia and Europa –, making this an excellent base for a golf getaway.
Beyond the courses, visitors can enjoy a range of additional facilities available for an extra charge, including spa and wellness facilities, restaurants, bars, tennis and padel courts. Access, availability and charges are managed directly by La Cala Golf Resort.
The centre of La Cala de Mijas and its sandy beaches are approximately a 10-minute drive away, where you'll find a great selection of restaurants, beachfront chiringuitos, cafés, shops and supermarkets.
The location is also well positioned for exploring the Costa del Sol, with Fuengirola approximately 20 minutes away, Marbella around 30 minutes away and Málaga city centre around 40 minutes away by car.

To ensure a harmonious and enjoyable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following house rules during your time at Sun Valley Golf Retreat. Firstly, please note that pets and smoking are not permitted inside the property. We also request that guests respect quiet hours, refraining from loud noise after 10 PM to maintain a peaceful environment for all. We kindly ask that that no loud parties are given which may disturb neighbors. Our aim is to preserve the tranquility of the neighborhood and the integrity of our property, so we appreciate your cooperation and respect for these guidelines.
While the host manager will not be physically present during the guests' stay, they will be readily available Monday to Friday during office hours to address any inquiries or assistance needed. Additionally, in the event of emergencies, guests will be provided with a dedicated phone number for immediate support. This arrangement allows guests to enjoy their stay with the utmost privacy and independence while ensuring that assistance is always just a phone call away when needed.
