Bright and contemporary throughout, the apartment features an open-plan lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, with large glass doors creating a seamless connection between the interior and outdoor living space.
Outside, the spacious covered terrace is furnished with a dining table seating 6 and a comfortable outdoor lounge area with sofa seating, alongside a private lawn. It’s a lovely space for breakfast outdoors, long lunches or relaxing with a drink as evening falls.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, fitted wardrobe and private en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and fitted wardrobe, with a separate guest bathroom, also fitted with a shower. The comfortable layout makes the apartment ideal for couples and families. For those travelling with little ones, a baby travel cot and high chair can be provided for an additional fee.
For year-round comfort, the apartment benefits from hot and cold air conditioning throughout. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi if you're working remotely, or settle in for a cosy evening with the 50-inch Smart TV and access to streaming services using your own account.
The secure, gated community provides guests with one designated covered parking space within the open residential parking area.
Enjoy a peaceful setting in the Calanova area, surrounded by the rolling landscape of Mijas while remaining just a short drive from the coast.
Golf lovers are exceptionally well placed, with Calanova Golf Club approximately 2 minutes away by car, offering an 18-hole course practically on your doorstep. Closer to the centre of La Cala, La Noria Golf Resort is around 8–10 minutes away by car, providing another excellent option for a day on the course.
The centre of La Cala de Mijas and its sandy beaches are just a short drive away, where you'll find beachfront chiringuitos, restaurants, cafés, shops and supermarkets.
The location also provides convenient access to Fuengirola, Marbella and Málaga, making it a great base for exploring the wider Costa del Sol.

Families and children are welcome. For adult guests staying in the property, the minimum age requirement is 28 years old.
To ensure a harmonious and enjoyable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following house rules during your time at Bahia Golf Retreat. Firstly, please note that pets and smoking are not permitted inside the property. We also request that guests respect quiet hours, refraining from loud noise after 10 PM to maintain a peaceful environment for all. We kindly ask that that no loud parties are given which may disturb neighbors. Our aim is to preserve the tranquility of the neighborhood and the integrity of our property, so we appreciate your cooperation and respect for these guidelines.
While the host manager will not be physically present during the guests' stay, they will be readily available Monday to Friday during office hours to address any inquiries or assistance needed. Additionally, in the event of emergencies, guests will be provided with a dedicated phone number for immediate support. This arrangement allows guests to enjoy their stay with the utmost privacy and independence while ensuring that assistance is always just a phone call away when needed.
Please note that there is currently some construction work taking place near the complex, which may occasionally cause some noise or minor disturbance during working hours.
